Sandeep Sukhtankar is the founder of Calibre Personnel Services and has been spearheading its strategy and business development activities since inception. He has over 26 years of experience in heavy engineering, technology and Talent Management. Sandeep is passionate about entrepreneurship and aspires to build Calibre into a market leader. As a founding member he is responsible for attracting talent in the company, especially at senior levels.

 

Prior to founding Calibre, Sandeep held key responsibilities in transformer design division of Crompton Greaves. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management.

Prakash has more than 22 years of experience in sales and marketing. As a Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, he leads Calibre’s initiatives spanning growth strategy and operational excellence by directly scoping, initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing strategy projects.

 

He works closely with clients across global markets to identify their needs and to provide solutions that deliver long-term value for all stakeholders. Under his leadership, Calibre strengthened its foot hold in GCC Market and built the reputation of a strategic HR Partner for Oil & Gas and Engineering Companies.

 

Prior to Calibre, Prakash was Country Head for Market Advisory, New Business and Wealth Management for Standard Chartered Bank in India. Previously he has held key leadership roles at ING Vysya Life Insurance, ABN Amro, Bank of America and Mashreq Bank.

Jyoti has more than 20 years of proven expertise in leading business verticals, General Management and Operations across large organizations in diverse sectors like heavy engineering and Information technology.

 

As Director of Executive Search, she leads talent acquisition practice and was instrumental in Calibre’s capability to use innovative channels in sourcing, thereby reducing dependency on traditional databases.

 

Prior to Calibre, she spent close to ten years with Crompton & Greaves and Larsen & Tubro, where she held key service delivery positions at operating levels. Jyoti holds a Bachelors degree Electrical Engineering and Post-Graduate Diploma in Software Development Technology.
